The PMO was created as Astro Pak’s field project portfolio expanded across data centers, semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, aerospace, and other high-purity industries. These projects can involve compressed schedules, multiple work groups, specialized technical requirements, and close coordination with contractors, commissioning teams, and facility owners. A standardized approach improves operational visibility and helps the full project team make informed decisions throughout the work.
