These highly controlled environments also enable advanced services including pressure and cold shock testing, clean assembly, vacuum-sealed packaging, and cleanliness verification analyses like particle count, total filterable solids (TFS), and non-volatile residue (NVR). All cleanroom locations maintain AS9100 certified Quality Management Systems for strict industry compliance, with specialized capabilities at facilities such as Downey, CA which houses a large component cleanroom with a 2,500 psi spray system and two-ton overhead crane and Titusville, FL, which features an indoor 70-foot vertical tower for processing convoluted hoses.
