Astro Pak has the expertise and resources to meet cleanliness requirements for the oil & gas industry. We routinely perform high velocity flushing on a hydraulic system, ammonic, oxygen, and lubricate oil systems. We work closely with our customers to ensure coordination to meet the turnaround requirements while ensuring the proper removal of NVR (nonvolatile residue), scale build-up, rouge and other contaminants. Astro Pak also offers pipeline pigging, gel passivation, media blasting, passivation and pickling processes to remove contaminates and restore materials.

Astro Pak crews, equipment, and chemicals can be deployed to your site to process oil and gas storage, distribution systems and equipment. We also can process parts and equipment at one of our shop facilities located nationwide.
