Founded during the space race between the US and the USSR, Astro Pak was created to meet the newly established cleaning requirements for components and launch systems for the growing aerospace and defense industry. Today, Astro Pak still serves the private and commercial sector of aerospace, military & defense markets.

We provide expertise in delivering chemical cleaning services to installed systems: pre-operational, pre-commissioning of new construction, post modification, or for maintenance and emergency shut-downs. We perform Cleaning, Passivation, High Velocity Oil Flushing, NVR Testing and Validation of systems and in-place equipment at your site. Our processes and chemistries target contaminants such as particles, fibers, and non-volatile residues, resulting in a surface so clean it must be validated on a microscopic level.

Astro Pak also provides Precision Cleaning, Assembly, Packaging, and Cleanliness Verification Testing of components and hardware at our state-of-the-art ISO 14644 certified cleanrooms and labs located in California and Florida.
