Ken Carroll - President

Chief Executive Officer

As President, Ken oversees the day to day activities of Astro Pak and is responsible for leading the company. Ken is a hands-on leader focused on growing the company while maintaining a culture based on delivering service with excellence while valuing the skills and contributions of Astro Pak’s employees.

Ken holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to joining Astro Pak in 2010, Ken worked in the Financial Software industry.

Ken and his wife split their time between California and Tennessee and have a son and two daughters.

Todd Dean - Chief Operating Officer

Todd Dean

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Todd oversees both the Field and Cleanroom Services divisions. Todd brings guidance and expertise in building effective teams and leaders, improving processes and providing strong operational and financial leadership to Astro Pak’s business units.

Todd holds an MBA from Stanford University and an Economics degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to joining Astro Pak in 2015, Todd worked as a CPA with KPMG, Director of Finance for LG&E Energy, Chief Operating Officer of HomeWord, and Executive Pastor of Coast Hills Community Church. Over his 34 year career, Mr. Dean has overseen large and diverse staffs and multiple departments including finance, accounting, human resources, and operations

Todd lives in Dana Point, CA with his wife. Together they have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.

Paul Kromwyk - Chief Financial Officer

PAUL KROMWYK

Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Paul oversees all financial and accounting activities at Astro Pak and supports the company’s strategic and growth initiatives. He brings extensive financial leadership experience across private equity–backed and asset-intensive businesses, with a strong focus on performance and scalable growth.
 
Paul studied finance, accounting, and law at the University of Queensland in Australia and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. He began his career in consulting and investment banking, including time with Credit Suisse in New York. He later served as CFO of Patriot Environmental Services and Grade Water and Power, overseeing a portfolio of energy assets valued at nearly $500 million.
 
Paul lives in Los Angeles with his wife and teenage twins. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and playing squash.

Patrick McKeown - Chief People Officer

PATRICK McKEOWN

Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer, Patrick leads Astro Pak’s People & Culture team, supporting the organization’s growth by strengthening leadership, scaling talent practices, and reinforcing the values that define Astro Pak. Patrick brings a balanced approach to people leadership, combining strategic insight with a strong commitment to employee experience.

Patrick has more than 15 years of experience in people strategy, organizational growth, and culture transformation. Prior to joining Astro Pak, he served as Chief People Officer at Horizon Group Holding, where he supported enterprise growth and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Patrick earned a BA in Psychology and an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from La Salle University. Throughout his career, Patrick has been known for building strong leadership teams and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Patrick lives in Berwyn, Pennsylvania with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, travel, cooking, and spending time with family.
