Yes. We bring our expertise, along with our state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained personnel, on-site to your facility to perform preoperational or maintenance cleaning and passivation on your systems and equipment.
Typical passivation process takes 8 to 10 hours in small systems and generally 12 hours for larger systems. Derouging alone can take 4 to 24 hours depending upon the condition of the surface.
We test the conductivity of the rinse water to ensure that the acceptable contaminant (1 ppm) level of chemicals in the system. We test to a 0.1 µ Sieman limit for conductivity above the inlet level. We can also test with a CIP wipe test to measure the organic contaminant level on the surface to ensure a complete rinse of the cleaning chemistry from the surface.
Yes. All waste disposal services come with a certificate of compliance.
