To support this continued growth, Astro Pak has launched its Project Management Office (PMO), led by Scott Andrews, Senior Director of Field Project Management. Scott oversees the organization’s project management strategy and works closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen project execution, improve operational alignment, and build a consistent customer experience across every project.
The PMO provides the structure, governance, and leadership needed to ensure projects are executed consistently across the organization. By standardizing project management processes, reporting, communication, and best practices, the PMO improves visibility, strengthens collaboration, and creates a more predictable experience for both our customers and our internal teams.
Supporting Every Phase of Project Execution
Astro Pak Project Managers are involved throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial customer engagement through project planning, execution, invoicing, and closeout. They work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Field Leadership to coordinate resources, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with our customers.
Whether supporting a fast-paced data center construction program or a complex high-purity manufacturing project, our PMs serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring every project remains aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.

Core Projects span a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, semiconductor, aerospace, food and beverage, chemical manufacturing, healthcare, and other industrial markets. These projects often require customized planning and close collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Data Center Projects demand exceptional coordination and responsiveness in rapidly changing construction environments. Tight schedules, evolving priorities, and critical commissioning milestones require disciplined project management to ensure successful execution.
